One more time REAL slow, the ranchers can build a fence that is true. They are under the jurisdiction of local, state and federal codes when they build it. The Border is the responsibility of the US government and a rancher cannot construct a barrier for the sole purpose of stopping illegals that could result in their injury or death and one look at the simcox fence will show you that a pit with razor wire in the bottom is a human trap. Now go play Nintendo.
