Well I am a retired engineer with 40 years in engineering and construction and the Simcox fence a major construction effort that would cost the rancher an absolute fortune to maintain not to mention his legal liability if someone is hurt or killed trying to breach it.Not to mention the huge property tax increase the rancher would end up absorbing.
