Tracking cars' locations also could allow extra fees for traveling in congested traffic areas or during rush hours. How long will it take to include automatic fines for speeding as well?

I've said this before...Everything is approaching an Orwellian state. How do you stop terrorism...? You track everyone's move with Big Brother Watching you. And it's starting in Oregon with GPS!! This is great.
