Didn't God now beforehand, about Ken and all the people that were going to suffer from his choices? I'm sure God knew beforehand, what choices Ken was going to make, didn't He? Knowing our choices beforehand, why does God allow bad choices/things to happen?

The prosecutors proved it at trial to the jury, whose opinion was the only one that mattered. You really can't unring that bell just because legalities will expunge the verdict.

Actually now that he's dead, the goverment most likely will not be able to get at that $43 million. Civil suits that are already in the works can go forward.
It's still moot, actually, at the moment - legal opinions are mixed on the forfeiture monies. Most say it won't/can't happen, but not all. We'll see.

Yeah, FR is incredibly cool in that regard. We have experts from every walk of life posting here. Doctors, lawyers, Indian Chiefs, you name it.
A misstatement here is almost always corrected before long. I've learned a ton of information from this site. It's not all opinion or silly chat posts. There is some real substance if you're willing to look.
