I think Ken Lay deserved to go to prison etc. The thing that bothered me the most about him is that he never seemed to have any remorse. He just seemed to think the world was treating him unfairly. I also remember his wife on television after the whole story broke, wearing a Rolex and crying about how they had to sell one of their vacation homes. she said they had nothing left. They were all about themselves and didn't care about anyone else.
Unfortunately, he will never go to jail.
Nothng I think would hold up in court I'm sure, but that's the way I see it. I didn't mean to imply that Lay was lily-white in the matter, just stupid and you're probably right...but his score has been settled. He has to face the ultimate judgement now.
