The IRP tossed over Jim Oberweis in favor of JBT during the primary. He is the ice cream guy who has millions of his own money which could have been spent instead of draining party coffers.

Instead they foisted JBT on us. She worked with our now convicted former Republican Governor Lyin' George Ryan who is now looking at about 30 years for official corruption.

JBT is anti-2nd Amendment

JBT-pro homosexual agenda. She'll be at the 'Gay Games' in Chicago campaigning in fact.

JBT is pro-illegal immigration and is against changing Chicagos status as a 'sanctuary city'.

There are literally dozens more reasons not to vote for Topinka but those three are enough for me.

Like I said, I'll pull the lever for Hydes replacement Hokstra and there are a couple of predictable 'give us more money' issues from our school districts but I'm leaving the top of the ticket empty.

So in short I can indeed empathize with your plight.
