The MSM and the NYT in particular HATE George Bush. This is more than just bias toward a liberal ideology, but a seething hatred of the man and all he stands for. Not even Reagan was so vilified. This hatred drives them to do anything they can to destroy the man even to the point of outright lies (the Texas Air Guard memo)and jeopardizing national security. There is nothing they will not do to discredit, cause embarrassment and seek failure for the man. This is a personal vendetta.

About the only reason I can find for this hatred is their view that the 2000 election was stolen from Al Gore and likely the 2004 election too was manipulation of the ignorant masses to beat John Kerry.

I don't think even that is enough to account for this insane hatred. To the pint of wanting (and I am sure of this) suicide bombers in America. I think they are really hooping for that.

I can't account for it. Maybe, since he is from a wealthy old New England family, a betrayer of his class?

Or, more likely, that he is openly religious and the Homosexual Agenda is strongly in control among the elitists?

I think they hate W because he stands for everything American that they hate. To them, he represents the common man, the common America. In their elitist hubris, they see him as representing everything that is antiethical to their whole existence and reason for being.

Your logic is flawed. The good rabbi got it right. Please pay attention to him. The group that he is focusing on allows the likes of us to exist so that their needs will be met. They need peons to clean their toilets, shine their shoes, drive their limos, make their beds, prepare their meals, etc. We are the scum of the earth to them. They associate President Bush with us. Therefore, they dislike him. They hold us responsible for his defeat of Gore and Kerry. President Bush won both elections in spite of everything they could do--legal and otherwise. I will never forget that foolish looking guy in Florida peering intently at the dangling chad and wishing that he could give that ballot to Gore. Alas they couldn't find enough. Why were there so many dangling chads. Simply because in the essence of time the crooks were placing multiple ballots in the machines and punching the Gore choice. However the ballots near the bottom did not punch much to their chagrin. And much to the chagrin of the NYT crowd.

This goes much further than hatred for W winning 2000 or 2004. This is a culture war. These Elitist want to keep their men and women in office to control this country. This makes them richer and us poorer (higher taxes for example).

These Elitist do not care anything for people like us. The Middle Class helps pay the taxes but soon the Middle Class won't be enough to satisfy their desire to keep the government strong. Pure Socialism is next if they are allowed to take control in 2006.

This Culture war started many many moons ago but has gradually become worse since the 1960s and 1970s. The process began to speed up when the Clinton's were placed in the White House with the help of Ross Perot.

The Conservatives have to stand united or all will be for naught. Republicanism was started by our ancestors and is the best answer but then again John Locke and his ideas on Social Contract may become an issue if all is lost.

Have a Happy 4th of July. God Bless America, God Bless our Military, and God Bless President Bush and the First Lady Laura Bush!

In God We Trust!

IMO, it's very simple. The evil left thought they were in the driver's seat for years to come when Clinton was in the White House. Then became the classic battle between good and evil. Bush is a devout Christian and Satan is working overtime trying to defeat him in any way possible.

Like I said, it all comes down to a battle between good and evil. We just need to continue being vigilant educating and praying for the good.
