Too early to say. Can't figure out where these returns are coming from nor are there any raw totals to find.

Their election website
http://elecciones.reforma.com/prep2006/default.htm
has a breakdown by region.

Region Calderon AMLO
Circunscripción 1 (Nortwest) 101,116 41,969
Circunscripción 2 (Northeast) 237,354 101,319
Circunscripción 3 (Central/SW) 72,652 85,467
Circunscripción 4 (Central/SW) 97,449 161,986
Circunscripción 5 (Southeast) 102,031 116,609

Circunscripción 2 has significantly more precints reporting and they are heavily pro-Calderon. The final result will certainly be closer. Regional results suggest +3% for Calderon but there may be intra-region differences as well and I do not know enough about Mexico to figure out those.

Chicago probably hasn't reported yet.
