Do they do a run off election in Mexico if in the first time no one gets 50% of the popular votes?

Obrador/PRI caucus made an announcement just now, saying no statement from the candidate himself until 11 p.m. in Mexico City (two hours ahead of PST, I believe). They all looked glum, as did the candidate as he was being driven with a motorcycle escort through Mexico City streets.
