Thank you for the link. It shows how you have excerpted his words and labeled them incorrectly. His final words that you DIDN'T post were:

He is obviously NOT justifying the holocaust but arguing a point that once slaves had few rights (removed by our government) and now that attitudes have changed, those rights have been restored.

If you had bothered to read the whole thread instead of just the post I linked, you would see that what he is arguing is that if you join a society (Germany for example) and that society's laws say you don't have the same rights protected as other members of that society (such as laws against Jews at that time), then thats the way it is. (In other words, acceptable)
The statement after that, "But, attitudes change. Contracts are amended", means that it was acceptable up until people changed their attitudes and dropped the laws. This last statement does not change the original statement in any way, but you can choose to read it whichever way you want I guess.
I have no doubt that if this country turned communist tomorrow, RP would have no problem embracing it, as long as the government told him it was OK. But now we're way off topic.
