Sorry, but Biden lacks it. It's a matter of opinion, not a fact. It's subjective. Biden is neither particularly smart, nor charasmatic.
I'm not interested in "proving" anything.
The article began with the author listing attributes to Biden that clearly expressed her opinion. Then she defended herself by saying she was just presenting the facts. She even said, "Point well taken" in #68.
Maybe you missed it.
It is just wannabee wishful thinking to assert that success is random.
