Win or lose, Zidane has put on a freakin' futbol school . . . he moves around some of those guys like they're standing still.
He gets tripped in possession, gets up, resumes control of the ball and passes it off across the pitch. Awesome.

I have never seen a team shutdown Brazil like this.Well at least since Les Bleus did it in 98.

Yes, they will hold Brazil scoreless. France-Brazil 1-0. 15 minutes to go, they won´t fu** it up.

Brazil going for it, but the French should now have plenty of opportunities to counter-attack.

As I said (or better: Bela Rethy, the German TV commentator): France is THE OPPONENT OF FEAR for Brazil in a World Cup.

I hope you are right, but I still think Brazil is too dangerous to be held scoreless. France can get another goal on a counter, but the pressure will be on the French defense for the rest of the game.

We are watching a French futbol clinic: the old guys are holding court Mekele, Zidane, Henry, Viera.

It looks like France has gone to the "maginot line" defense.

Ronaldo should have earned his second yellow for that dive. Brazil is desperate.
