I thought for sure this was going to be an "O.J." type jury because of the statements that some jury members would not even disucss it in their deliberations.

One of Seigleman's lawyers pulled the race card out because he was one of MLK's lawers and a well known civil rights lawyer. He played that up big time hoping to get that sort of a reaction and verdit.

Glad it didn't work!

I think that the jury nullifiers finally wore out. I heard that the judge sent them back yesterday with an instruction that if they couldn't agree to start all over again. Guess giving up the holiday weekend wasn't worth it for them after all.

I was worried. BTW, Hamrick and Roberts are guilty too.

I forgot to mention that moments after the Blackberry "verdict in" notification, the device alerted the attorney that "friends" were invited to Seigleman's campaign headquarters for a meet and greet. Go figure.
