I still say that we treat these "combatants" as we do to any non-citizen residing in the U.S. who commmits "terrorism".

The SC, by the way, did not state that these folks would get fully procedural rights by American law.
The door is open for other procedures which go with prisoner of war status. That, of course, can mean detention until the end of hostilities. It is a very convoluted opinion.
