If Syria gets in the mix, I am sure American troops will become involved in a hurry. A two pronged attack sounds like a good plan to me. I bet Coalition troops are already massing on the Syrian border with Iraq.

They've recently been massing on the Iranian border. But it's probably for border security. There's not going to be a grand invasion into Iran. There's no troops to do it. The U.S. military is just too small, and there's no money to pay for it.

I bet they're not. There is no longer any way in this world to launch an invasion without it being detected weeks in advance. The information system, the enemy within, and the urge to expose is too powerful.

Plus, there's the political urge to make the case for invasion before it happens.

Maybe if Syria gets busy with Israel, Iraq will quiet down a bit. Iran sure has been quiet.
