These were Christian men, who knew Gods word. They probably practiced Christianity more fully than any of todays standards. They claimed moral superiority all through their speeches, check it out. By being so educated by the the Bible the way they were, they understood that Freedom was a God idea.

I believe that these Christian, Bible believing colonists, some dressed as Native Americans,(imposters),who boarded British ships and tossed the tea cargo, (that did not belong to them) into Boston Harbor were inspired by God.

Inspired by God, just as this Gianna Jesson, and Ted Harvey were this day, to make a very important statement. I believe God was able to touch many hearts that day. Whether or not those that were touched by the Spirit of God concious's was more seared is between them, and God.

. Three millions of people, armed in the holy cause of liberty, and in such a country as that which we possess, are invincible by any force which our enemy can send against us. Beside, sir, we shall not fight our battles alone. There is a just God who presides over the destinies of Nations, and who will raise up friends to fight our battles for us." -- Patrick Henry

There were plenty of ways to express themselves in a Christian manner. Anonymous mob violence and destruction of the property of others (who may have even shared their faith) over an issue of taxation is not something that I associate with the Christian faith. I'm sorry to learn that you do. Will you be firebombing an abortion clinic or a Planned Parenthood office if you feel inspired by God to do so?
