I’d like to know which Government official violated Rush’s privacy by running to the press with this story.
You can be sure that if this had been a liberal instead of Rush, the Left would be screaming bloody murder.
From every media outlet we'd be hearing of the "unprecedented invasion of privacy" committed by the Bush administration. The ACLU would have already filed a lawsuit.
I thought there was some law about confidentiality and medical records(HIPPA?).
