Interesting, and I think you may be right, at least to a degree. He definitely has a bit of a fundamentalist orientation. I'll have to think about that when I look at his polling.

Is "fundamentalist" a bad word when used to describe a Christian? Just wondering, as the left always seems to use it this way.

I would argue that what is and is not a fundamentalist is a family matter between evangelical protestants.
