I agree. And its not the technology needed to counter the pop-ups, its more the PRINCIPLE of the matter. They shouldn't be there in the first place, ready to exploit you just for going there. I have refused for years now to visit that site just because of them. Even wrote Drudge and said I wouldn't be back until they were gone. Sounds like more of the same.
Drudge has a right to make a profit; unless you want to pay to get in. Then he can get rid of the popups. I'm sure Drudge is tired of people that want a free roll in the hay.
