I'm speculating, but if I were a person in Rush's position I would have had a "no tell-all books" clause in the settlement
Since you are relatively new here, its time to school you. Immediately after the finalization of Rush's divorce from Marta, he announced that the divorce was initiated by himself and that Marta had nothing whatsoever to do with the initiation of the divorce proceedings. He even went so far as to tell us, his audience, that Marta asked him to inform us that she had nothing to do with the break up and to his and her credit, he told us.
Whatever happened between he and "code name jaguar" is their business.
Rush is a stand up guy!

That's nice. It's also irrelevant to whether there would be a "no tall all books" clause.
I'm sure when you get older and get experience in real life you will understand why it would be necessary.
You patronize me, I patronize you right back.
