Using another name is not necessarily FRAUD.
It most certainly is if it was for a PRESCRIPTION DRUG. You can't just go in an REQUEST another name for your prescriptions. You fill a PRESCRIPTION drug with the name the DOCTOR writes on it. You don't get to choose the name you want to use.
