No, he's never talked about his 1st ex-wife either and that was well before he would have any settlements. It might be part of the settlement with Marta. I'm sure her lawyers would insist on it.

I'm speculating, but if I were a person in Rush's position I would have had a "no tell-all books" clause in the settlement. No doubt her lawyer required him to respect her privacy as well in return.

And let's face it. Fair is fair. He has a radio program, she doesn't, he shouldn't use it to invade her privacy or say or imply anything that she can't respond to. That's just human decency.
