Maybe, but didn't Viagra or one of the other "boner drugs" offer FREE samples just for requesting online? Did those people require a prescription?
If it were a sample, then it would be individually shrink wrapped inside a sleeve (or something similar). If it were "prescribed" it would be in an orange bottle with a label... including a name.
That's the main difference.
