Using another name is not necessarily FRAUD.It most certainly is if it was for a PRESCRIPTION DRUG. You can't just go in an REQUEST another name for your prescriptions. You fill a PRESCRIPTION drug with the name the DOCTOR writes on it. You don't get to choose the name you want to use.

Oh, and funny how this whole thing got leaked to the press by all of the professionals at the Palm Beach airport.
I'll bet the people who run that airport are just thrilled that rich people won't want to land there anymore for fear of having their secrets blabbed to the press.
If it is indeed the case that the doc gave the scripts to Rush under a pseudonym, it should have been resolved without anybody knowing -- if the customs officials were professionals.

I guess this law is being selectively applied to well-known, outspoken conservatives (imagine that!) while obvious soccer moms get a pass. Absolutely. But your pharmacists probably knows who you are. This is not about illegal drugs it's about RUSH LIMBAUGH and the MSM can't compete with him.
