Ceku is not a foreigner - he was born and raised in Ksovo and he is an hardcore Islamist terrorist and a war criminal.

And yet Agim Ceku was a general in the NATO/Croatian massacre of Krajina(pron Krayina) Serbs in 1995 (which was the main and greatest crime committed in the breakout of Yugoslavia) .

Among other nasty acts, he led shelling of fleeing columns of refugees.
