Sorry, but I can't be that judgmental. I think such folks mean well, but they're uninformed. I'm sure they don't wish cancer on the unchaste. But, they mistakenly believe that if their daughter is a virgin upon marriage she cannot get this virus.
What they don't understand is that men can have it with no symptoms, and that there is no test for it if there are no lesions.
It's just ignorance of the facts, plus a mistaken belief that teenagers who are "brought up right" won't slip and give into their natural sexual urges.
