I hope this isn't a duplicate, I did a search and didn't see it posted yet.

Yikes. This sounds like it's right out of that Dean Koontz novel, 'Velocity'.

When I read the title I thought they were talking about Bill Clinton...

Carlo Castellanos-Feria remained there for two days until he was discovered by the victim's boyfriend. Now that'd make for some classic video.
To: martin_fierro
I wonder if he will be able to hide under a bed in prison.

This sounds like it's right out of that Dean Koontz novel, 'Velocity'. I was thinking the same thing. Most people give the crown to Stephen King, but Koontz is the king of creepy stories in my opinion.

"just for the chance to be alone with her."
Horsecrap, had the boyfriend not been there he would have raped and murdered her.
Power cord, change of clothes, condoms, latex gloves. The freak had a rapist kit with him.

When I used to work, I used valet parking frequently for different functions and was always careful to turn over ONLY the car key.
The same with the car wash and the auto repair shop.

Try Greg Iles. 'Mortal Fear' is pretty wild. 'Footprints of God' is good, too.
Did I just hijack this thread?

Court documents show the Hyattsville man had a change of clothes, condoms, a power cord and latex gloves with him under victims bed at the time of his arrest. In other words, he intended to rape and strangle her, and carefully planned out beforehand what he would need to in order to avoid leaving biological evidence behind - a key so he wouldn't need to break in, rubber gloves, condoms and something to change into so he could dispose of his soiled clothes.
This individual will become a serial killer if he is ever allowed out of custody again.
He is also very smart - it was a stroke of luck that he got caught. If he had gotten his window of opportunity he would have disappeared without a trace and he would have been very hard to find.

I do hope the boyfriend beat the living crap out of the guy, at the least.
I know if I caught someone anywhere in my place, the taxpayers would not have to worry about putting that person up in prison.

Bingo. Too bad the boyfriend didn't have a .45 handy.
