Court documents show the Hyattsville man had a change of clothes, condoms, a power cord and latex gloves with him under victims bed at the time of his arrest.

In other words, he intended to rape and strangle her, and carefully planned out beforehand what he would need to in order to avoid leaving biological evidence behind - a key so he wouldn't need to break in, rubber gloves, condoms and something to change into so he could dispose of his soiled clothes.

This individual will become a serial killer if he is ever allowed out of custody again.

He is also very smart - it was a stroke of luck that he got caught. If he had gotten his window of opportunity he would have disappeared without a trace and he would have been very hard to find.

I know if I caught someone anywhere in my place, the taxpayers would not have to worry about putting that person up in prison.
