Regrading: why they hadn’t informed Muslim leaders about the plot, so that those leaders could have stopped it. Any third grader realizes that the only reason they would have liked to "been notified" is so they could have warned their budding terrorists of the investigation and how not to get caught... do they really think we are that stupid?
