In the May 12 edition of THE CATHOLIC WITNESS (published by the Diocese of Harrisburg PA) there is a graph titled, "How Americans View Muslims." It has a picture of a woman covered head-to-toes. The text reads,
"About a third of Americans are unaware
that Muslims worship the same God as Christians and Jews."
Below that is a graph showing:
32% 33% 35% Muslims worship the same God as Christians/Jews
33% 30% 37% Muslims want to impose their faith
27% 30% 43% Islam teaches violence/hatred
Agree-no opinion-disagree
And in teeny tiny font at the bottom: "Source: Council on American Islamic Relations"
It is outright deceit, because its premise is that God is identical to Allah. Jesus Christ is God the Son, eternally One with God the Father, and He not the Son of Allah, as any Muslim will admit.

I like the way you think. This is the same type of reasoning Muslims use to explain their views. Here, it works in our favor. :)
