At this point, all is speculation. We haven't a clue where the missile will be aimed. The Japanese are worried they'll be bracketed again. On the morning news it was reported this missile test was in the 9000 mile range, indicative of a new development...a three stage missile. Perhaps they'll try to bracket Guam or Hawaii, just to see if they can get the distance. If the DPRK pushes it for a shot at the west coast of the mainland, flags will go up and all bets off.
Watch for launch, calculate trajectory and splash the SoB.

If they go fr Hawaii, much less North America, I expect that there will be more fireworks than Kim Jong Mentally Ill wants to think about.
