With all due respect... there is *NEVER* a 0% chance with regard to military ops. Very low, yes, but not zero.
Philippine Sea (June 18, 2006) - U.S. Navy aircraft carriers USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76), USS Kitty Hawk (CV 63) and USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72) break away from a 15-ship formation along with ships from the three carrier strike groups to sail independently following the Exercise Valiant Shield photo exercise.
