Most of the African teams do
Off the top of my head, we have The Black Stars of Ghana and the Green Eagles of Nigeria, plus of course the Cameroons. I am sure there is a crib sheet somewhere on the Internet.

They briefly tried "Screaming Eagles" for the US side, but it hasn't really caught on.

Most of the European teams have de facto nicknames as well, like the "Three Lions" (England) the "Azzuri" (Italy) "Les Bleus" (France), Clockwork Orange, and so on.
