Great news. It is a fact that western Europe needs immigration. Therefore we need mechanisms to seperate the good immigrants and the bad ones. This test is maybe not the final solution but for sure a step into the right direction.
BTW - the same thing is discussed in Germany in the moment.

If so then don't let them in.

It needs children.
A return to Christianity would accomplish the same end.
