I'm so sick and tired of hearing that their always a "victim",We are all RESPONSIBLE for our actions....but for some people they just can't seem except this. so they blame it on race,how they grew up and the nieghborhood they lived in.

The paper in North Carolina ran a big multi-page story on why blacks drown in higher relative numbers than whites. They concluded that due to the financial disadvantage, black children don't have pools to learn how to swim in when young.
Of course, the subject quickly moved to tax dollars being allocated for building built-in pools in poor city neighborhoods.

1) No personal responsibility
2) Throw money at it.
3) Victimology

Nothing new here.
