DENVER
A 15-year-old girl can enter into a common-law marriage in Colorado, and younger girls and boys possibly can, too, a state appeals court ruled Thursday.

So, did you find any? :-)
When I got married in 1976, the State of Utah recognized female marriages at 13 years old. Males had to be 16. Both required parental consent and a blood test.
Where did you search? There are lots of folks out there looking for 15-year-old girls. I think they're called perverts.
They'd be interested in your search, I'm sure...assuming that you found some.
Let me get this straight, okay, the guy is 38 and his "bride" is 15?????
Damn.
....and I found out that after my marriage, my husband was STILL my cousin! badaboom!

I guess everyone outside the USA is a pervert then, pretty common for people in there teens to get married outside the USA...
MySpace.com?
So let me guess... Now you're 42 years old and a great-great grandmother... :)
So, not only can a little girl get married to an old lecher, he doesn't even have to really marry her.
Want to bet that the pervert population will be getting much higher in Colorado? What a stupid judge.
I don't think someone who is interested in 15 year old is necessarily a pervert. There are plenty of 15 to 17 year olds who look like they are in their mid 20s. Now for someone who is around 40 to actually have relations with someone that young, it might more immature than perverted since other than reproduction I cannot see what they would have in common.
Yeeeeh! Haaaaw! Granny grab a the shotgun. Junior fire up the banjos!
Damn.
That's a bigger age difference than Mary Kay LeTourneau and her student. And that made national news...
I bet you found more
old FBI agents than
fifteen year old girls . . .
Must be a school teacher
LOL...I didn't say I was 13 when I got married....but you're pretty close anyway. I am still in my 40's and I could be a great-grandmother within 5 years.
....uh...in many countries, young people are actually REQUIRED to grow up sooner....more vigorous academics with less time off, taking care of younger brothers and sisters, learning to cook, clean, sew, farm, fix cars and trucks and all in all, add substantially to the family welfare......
now Western kids might physically grow sooner, but their mental and social and emotional growth lags behind most of the world IMO.....
but go after that 15 yro little girl....remember, if its fair for the heteros its fair for the homos as well....
I know the thought of the lesbians and gays going after the 15 and 16 yro or younger is very exciting to them.....
Probably related too... Eeewwww!
