"The new motto of the left:

Universal overpowering sex appeal—because sexual injustice just isn't fair."

First we have the left passing laws that make even looking at a girl with even a hint or tinge of finding her attractive a basis for a sexual harrasment suit, now, concurrent with that, we'll have laws to compell every man to treat every woman - fat, ugly, old, liberal, what-have-you - as if she were a sexually and erotically over-powering goddess of love (sex = love), on grounds that to do otherwise is to potentially hurt the feelings and self-esteem of less attractive women.

Equal treatment for all in a sexually fixated society.

And men will get screwed in the rear coming and going - damned if we do, damned if we don't. Isn't that the plan?

Yes, but there's more to it than that. It isn't a girls against the boys issue.

Let me put it this way. It used to be in this culture the ideal was to find ONE person who thought you were attractive, loved you, and found you an overpowering goddess of sex. A reasonable, thoughtful goal.

The left, and especially the feminist left, decided that should now be defined as "slavery."

So they raised the bar. Their expectation became that EVERYONE should find you attractive, love you and find you an overpowering goddess of sex. The irony is, of course, that goal is impossible. Even the goddess of sex herself is not found to be attractive by all men.

So now, to get themselves out of the conundrum they have created for themselves, they are sexualizing everything and expect that men respond to them sexually, while acting shocked and horrified if they do. And shocked and horrified if they don't.

So absolutely yes, men are damned if you do, and damned if you don't. But so are non-feminist women. Women who accept the fact that some will, and some won't. It's part of life.

I prefer to see this as "we're in this together. Decent men and women everywhere need to fight this for all it's worth."
