I think Ann, as usual, did go too far, but if she stuck to careful and more measured explanation of what the game is here, and how liberals abuse facts and emotions for their ends, well, she would have a big selling book. In many ways, Ann is one who serves liberals a taste of their own medicine, and we end up with half the conservatives shocked taht we stoop to that level and half gratified to see liberals apoplectic over her comments, knowing that liberals trash us every day in the same way and don't even notice it.

The MO of Liberals, is to rally around victims or veterans of Viet Nam, etc., who are speaking out against Bush, and endow them with Sainthood status. Thereby trying to neuter any and all opposition. Human shields is correct.
