You got off track when you assumed that Coulter's message and the liberal message are morally equivalent. Once you assume that, the only way to decide who "wins" is by deciding says it nicer.

No, you are off track if you think making sh*t up about people is a good, honest political strategy. Breitwiser and the others have enough on them to work with, but Ann made them political victims with her rhetoric. I think you see it, but it's hard to admit it.

KJ, she wasn't MAKING UP stuff. She was using HYPERBOLE. Remember when your mother said, "If I've told you once, I've told you a thousand times...." (if your mother never said it to you, believe me!! MY mother said it a thousand times to me!!!!!) Anyway, that is an example of hyperbole. "making sh*t up about people" is things like "Bush lied/People died"; "DeLay is satan" (whatever crap they say...)

What Ann said is SO OUTSIDE THE REALM OF POSSIBILITY that a reader (who understands hyperbole) will laugh at the statement and know that the TRUTH is on the same LINE just not as far out as STATED.
