No because he KNOWS that the Senate conferrees will never accept his solution so he knows that there will be no bill if the House stands its ground. He also knows that he is a 2-bit politician that needs to ride this issue to death since he has nothing else to offer.

STAND YOUR GROUND! Do not cede conservatism to RINOs like McCain.

I have been praying for our leaders to have the wisdom to secure our borders and protect the sovereignty of our nation. Perhaps if we all join in that prayer, it will be answered.
