In all honesty - although I don't agree with this gentleman's conclusions - I would trust biology done by a physicist far more than physics done by a biologist. Most of the biologists that I've run into don't have particularly keen minds. Much of their training involves memorizing and regurgitating sets of pre-ordained facts, and very little original thought is involved. The physicists I've run into, however, are sharp as scalpels and probably constitute the best minds in all of science.
