Oh, I believe him. The French, Russians and probably Venezuela and Cuba are good candidates for starters. Then we can add most of the US MSM and a large part of the DemocRAT party. Plenty of folks want us to fail in the WOT.

If another country wants to enter into open combat with the US they are welcome to do so. A formal declaration of war would be more palatable than this guerilla war.
