I hope our good friend Sean starts talking about the hypocrisy of Senators who SAY they want to stop illegal immigration but who do not want to make their employment illegal.
I'd start with arresting employers who have employees who can't speak a word of English and who are also illegal.
I think it would stand up in court because if the guy can't speak a word of English then that should be the first sign of trouble for the employer.
