In our state I was staunchly aginst it in the beginning. It didn't take a rocket scientist to see where it would end up. But to be frank, the whole principle was wrong to me even as a "secondary" offense as well.

I also voted against it and saw the hypocrisy. I was completely dumbfounded when it passed.
And then I waited. 2 years following its passage, boom....tickets were flowing.
It did take about 15 years to go nationwide, but with our rat and pubbie brotherhood securely entrenched and owned by the insurance lobby, it was just a matter of time till the instruction manual for this law was passed around.
