What if Jimmy Hoffa was buried under the United States Capitol Building??

If he was buried under the Capitol then he would have been buried in a manner that they could easily retrieve him without damaging the foundation as the Capitol had been finished 100+ years before Hoffa disappeared. Giant Stadium however, was being constructed at or around the time of his disappearance and has been long rumored to be the final resting place of the former teamster boss.
