(Wild open borders are so pre-9/11.)
from the article...
roadside bomb killing 10 people and injuring another 12 who worked for an Iranian organization opposed to the regime in Iran...

For weeks now we'll have to hear about the "bravery, hard work, and sacrifice" of this media team trying to bring the news to us... while the real bravery, hard work and sacrifice of the Coalition soldiers bringing freedom to millions goes unnoticed, if not scoffed at by the MSM. I agree, well worth repeating.

And I've heard it already...

"Perhaps I'm a tad cold-hearted, but I have zero sympathy for this MSM bimbo and her cohorts."
I have to admit I agree. My contempt for the MSM could not be greater. They've been rooting for the enemy all along; some people here might deny it, but I think it is beyond dispute. It is a simple fact: at a gut, emotional level, they dislike Bush far more than they dislike Saddam Hussein or Bin Laden. In fact, they don't even really dislike Saddam or Osama; they are INTRIGUED by them. The everyday murders of civilians by the insurgents pass without comment or condemnation, sometimes even with veiled approval; but this alleged atrocity by the Marines in Haditha will get full play, day in and day out, and it will be portrayed as the defining or archetypal moment of our presence in Iraq. So, no, I do not weep for these journalists.

More important to report on the reporters than the military personel who fell.
To: All
So.......................
The CBS reporters are "brave" and "heroic" while our U.S. troops are labled by MSM reporting as terrorists & murderers??
Duly noted.

Not all are patriotic Americans, some are the very opposite. But, I just want to give them the benefit of the doubt. There are some I would not. If Rather got injured, it would be hard to have sympathy.

The only difference between the Rosenbergs and the mainstream media in Iraq would be we haven't had the opportunity to electrocute the MSM for their treason yet.
To: rwfromkansas
I should expand my treason statement to the war on terror not just Iraq.

I can remember back in the early 1950's when Uncle Walter supplemented his income from reading the news at the Washington DC CBS affiliate WTOP by touting Staydry Basement Sealant Compound. He was a shill then and is so now. The product he peddles has just declined in utility and credibility over the years.

Truthfully, I never accepted the MSM/TV anchors as credible (also going back to the late 50's.) Because THEY were assumed to be objective. When three or more of these personalities report like brainwashed clones reading prescripted "news" slants rather than demonstrating their independent thought process, the Red flag does up! Literally, RED. I don't wonder that most Americans under the age of 50 have accepted the MSM leftist bias as " naturally liberal or progressive."
The leftist/liberal &Dem factions are so petulant, petty and perverse, they defy all reason and sensibility.

Somewhere in Iraq there is an insurgent being made to don a suicide vest for blowing up one of their biggest propaganda supporters.

They are targeting news outfits on purpose. No doubt about it. Nothing better for their efforts than having the news people blowing up with the nonstop coverage.
