There are a number of Clintons in the Oklahoma/Arkansas region. It's a big enough name to get a feel for the family look.
You can also see William Jefferson's namesake in historical paintings of the Clinton family. And without a doubt, Chelsea is a Clinton not a Hubbell. I've seen many Clinton family daughters to know she is a Clinton. They all have the same face, same wavy hair, same eyes, and same body.
