David Klehm seems to be connected with the websites:

Take a look if you haven't, both interesting sites and it appears that these WILL be RICO claims. Looks like Klehm is perhaps partnered with Howard Foster, the attorney on the Mohawk and Tyson cases.

Hopefully their efforts aren't cut short by the passage of anything granting employer's amnesty!

Personally, I'd like to see at least one of these suits against a Los Angeles owned operation with the city and the mayor also named in the suit. LA and Mayor V need to be brought down.
