You may feel it's safe to jump to the conclusion that some speculative commentary that you caught a glimpse of on one of the MSM broadcast TV channels constitutes some kind of reliable sorce of truth. Why would you lurch in the direction of believing this unsubstantiated scenario that could have all been a huge frame-up by the insurgency, for instance? They could have executed those innocents just prior to triggering the device. It's possible.
