Not much of a description of the "teens" to go on. Should they be looking for whites, hispanics, blacks, chinese, indians,.....?

How is the public to help find those that got away without an acurate description to go on?

I guess I'm just not PC enuff!

If they had said black teens, would that have narrowed it down enough for you that you would be able to help locate them?
