It's regretable that when Rush has a chance to lead by intelligent examination he chooses instead to postulate some bizarre conspiracy by hyperbole. He's actually more detached from rational thought and reality than I had thought. For the past several years I just disregarded him with a laugh and attributed his wild pronouncements to being part of his schtick as a pretend entertainer (the harmless fuzz ball routine). Rush's statement that the majority of Senators (RINOs and liberals, specifically) desire above all else to increase their power by increasing the size of the federal gov't by creating an ever larger dependent class of citizenry (in this particular case by giving tens of millions of foreign lawbreakeres amnesty) is far from either conspiratorial or hyperbolic. It's what they attempt to do on a daily basis.
